    Am I Sleeping Enough?


    Do you wake up feeling exhausted every morning?

    Do you feel like you could fall asleep at any given moment
    in the day?

    Do you have the same bedtime every night (on average)?

    Do you stay up too late scrolling or gaming?

    Do you press snooze or oversleep on a consistent basis?


    If you answered yes to two or more answers, it is time to reboot your sleep habit!

    Am I Eating Food that Gives Me Energy?

    Do you eat breakfast every morning?

    Do you eat a variety of foods instead of the same thing
    every day?

    Do you eat lunch or something to give you a boost in the
    afternoon?

    Do you eat dinner every evening?

    Do you feel energized after eating most meals?

    Do you try to limit snacks that are high in sugar, salt,
    or unhealthy fats?

    Do you make it a priority to fuel your body every day?


    If you answered no to two or more, it is time to rethink how your food affects your thoughts and
    feelings.

    Am I Drinking Enough Water?

    Do you drink water as soon as you wake up in the morning?

    Do you carry a water bottle with you during the day?

    Do you drink at least 6-8 cups of water per day?

    Do you drink water when you feel thirsty?

    Do you notice that drinking water helps you feel more
    focused or energized?

    Do you drink water with your meals?

    Bonus tip: if you are feeling thirsty, that is your body’s way of telling you it is starting to
    be dehydrated, so drink up!


    If you answered no to two or more questions, it is time to rethink your ways to drink water!

    Sleep Habits Goals


    Brainstorm one thing you can do set a reminder that it
    is going to be helpful to get you to bed earlier?

    Tips: Set an alarm and make the ringer a specific noise that only goes of as a bedtime
    reminder, Write yourself a note, Do your night time routine before you get really tired,
    Create small increments of change of 15 minutes until you find the right fit for you.

    Eating Habits Goals


    Brainstorm one thing you can do set a reminder
    that it is going to be helpful to get you to bed earlier?
    Brainstorm ways that you can set yourself up in
    your busy world for healthier eating habits.


    Tips: Pick a time of day that you want to improve your diet and think about where
    you are. Do you need to plan ahead and pack a meal? What can you add to your
    existing meal or snack, but adding some foods that you enjoy and serve you well for
    your best thinking and moving? When can you prepare these foods or purchase them to
    help set you up for success?

    H20 Goals

    How much water do you want to add to
    your routine?

    Tips: Drinking water is like putting gasoline in the car. If you don’t
    hydrate, your body will not run at full capacity. Where is one time in the
    day, you can plan ahead or fill a water bottle with lemon slices, cucumber
    slices, or strawberries to give it some flavor if that sounds good to you?
